Here is the link to the updated page: http: //www.childsup.ca.gov/calculator The Welcome page includes a link to the Guideline Calculator mailbox. E-mail inquiries are preferred as it will assist us in documenting inquiries and expediting the responses. (Please note the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is requesting that any inquiries from child support commissioners and family law facilitators regarding the calculator be routed via email through the AOC.)

05.24.2007		CSSIN 07-03 DCSS Case Management Policy has been receiving inquiries about the Errata to the Alternative Process for the Presumed Income Minimum Wage letter CSSIN 07-03. The alternative process and errata no longer apply because Change Request CR-2-01136 Guideline Calculator – Minimum Wage has been implemented. LCSAs may now check the Presumed Income box on the Monthly Income Detail page, and the drop-down box for minimum wage includes the current minimum wage plus other choices. Whether the Summons & Complaint/Proposed Judgment is automatic or user-generated, the presumed income box on the Proposed Judgment will be checked and the correct monthly income and child support amounts will be calculated. Thank you for your patience and cooperation in using the workaround until this change was implemented.
